What I do is very simple.
Explaining what I do is challenging.

I ask permission to connect with your true self and affirm that this time
together serves our highest purpose and the greatest good for All That Is.
I affirm that I am a clear, clean channel of unconditional love and healing
energy. Then I allow my self to be guided by our inner knowingness/higher
consciousness.

Guided By Your True Self

So every session is unique. It is customized to suit you in the present
moment. We are not limited by any set modality, protocol, or technique.

Your True Self Already Has What You Are Looking For

I allow my self to see your amazing light and power and focus on sharing that
energy so you may experience your own true self. In this way, you may more
clearly perceive and receive your own guidance. You may experience the
satisfaction of self-healing. We begin wherever you are - whether you are in
'the thick of it ' or just ready for a new level of awareness.

Whatever is Most Appropriate for YOU in the Moment

Along with the energy work, a private session may involve dialog, and
sharing what I see. If our session is in-person, we may include hands-on
work, toning, sounds, colors, or aromatherapy. Oftentimes, there is
"homework" included so your insight and integration can continue beyond
the session.

For Every-Body

Our work together offers you the opportunity for transformation by engaging
and empowering the various aspects of your being. This way change can be
embodied and integrated throughout every layer of your body, mind,
emotions, spirit, and life. This makes it appropriate for someone just
beginning a healing journey, as well as someone who has been on a
spiritual path for years.

Together, we access and clarify your own insight: you bring your awareness
back in to your self. By feeling what is going on inside of you, balance can
